Reading Rainbow

I don't consider this nostalgia, because nostalgia suggest a longing to return to another time. I have no wish to return to this time. I just feel lucky to have grown up before the internet when the shared experiences were less ironic, more special and harder earned. You had to watch this shit on tv or tape it on your vcr to catch it. but it doesn't mean i want to go back to that time. i just feel an affinity for anyone who shared it.
