Heartless Bastards new album "Arrow," is streaming via NPR. It is better than the mountain. I think they keep getting better in fact.

Second of all there is a great singer by the name of Tess Alexandria who recently had a short circuit of several pieces of recording equipment in the midst of recording her bedroom studio album. Her voice is sort of PJ Harvey meets Fiona Apple meets Tess. And her lyrics are quirky, dark and fun.

She's got a kickstarter page and has already raised half the money. if you can spare a coupla bucks, please consider doing it.
